Assay Detail The assay was carried out with 10 μL membrane (2% lecithin in dodecane), using a 100 μM solution in a phosphate butter (pH = 6.4) and shaken for 17 h (37 °C, 150 rpm). All experiments were conducted in triplicates. The PAMPA assay was performed on 200 μL hydrophobic 0.45 μm PVDF 96-well filter plates (Millipore MAIPNTR10) and 300 μL receiver plates (Millipore MATRNPS50).
